NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF TEKAMAH, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Tekamah will hold public hearings at 6:00 p.m. on April 23, 2026, at the City Auditorium, 1315 K Street, Tekamah, NE 68061 to consider the following: 1. The rezoning of the following real property within the City from Single-Family Residential (R-l) to Multiple-Family Residential (R-2): Lots 8 through 14, Daybreak Hill Addition, a Subdivision in the City of Tekamah, Burt County, Nebraska. 2. The subdivision/replatting (preliminary and final) of the following real property within the City: Lots 8 through 14, Daybreak Hill Addition, a Subdivision in the City of Tekamah, Burt County, Nebraska. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the above-referenced rezoning and subdivision/replatting of the foregoing real property should be made.
