NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 19th , 2026 at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Review and possible approval of Lot Split of “a parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 9 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., Burt County, Nebraska.” At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the rezoning and lot split to move forward.
