NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF DECATUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Board of Trustees of the Village of Decatur, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on October 16th, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., at City Hall, Decatur, Nebraska, to consider and possibly take action on the following: Decatur, Nebraska Redevelopment Area Blight and Substandard Determination Study and General Redevelopment Plan, pursuant to the Community Development Law, Neb. Rev. Stat. sections 18-2101 et seq., whereby the entirety of the Village and additional lands of approximately 58.1 acres located adjacent to the current southern corporate limits of the Village may be declared blighted and substandard and in need of redevelopment. A map of the area that may be determined to be blighted and substandard and a copy of the above-referenced study and redevelopment plan may be viewed at the Village Clerkâs office, 913 South Broadway, Decatur, Nebraska 68020, telephone number 402-349-5360.
