NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing and the Regular Council Meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lyons, Nebraska, will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Lyons City Hall, 335 Main Street, Lyons, Nebraska. An agenda for such meetings, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. The purposes of the public hearing is concerning the activities of the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and to give citizens the opportunity to be heard regarding the Public Works (PW) grant 23-PWF-003. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
