NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF TEKAMAH, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Tekamah will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026, at the City Auditorium, 1315 K Street, to consider the rezoning of the following real property within the City from Industrial (I·1) to Highway Commercial (C-2), to wit: That tract of land located in Lot 1, Tekamah Dollar General Subdivision, City of Tekamah, Nebraska, identified as Parcel ID No. 315002400, consisting of approximately 1.41 acres. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the rezoning of the foregoing real property from Industrial (I·1) to Highway Commercial (C-2) should be made.
