The public hearing will be to: Review and take action on the following amendments, changes to Section 6.15 Solar Energy Conversion Systems of Burt County Zoning Regulations. (i) Setbacks from Roads and non-participating landowners (ii) Sale of facility to tax exempt entity (iii) Discuss total acres of solar in Burt County. (Max acres) (iv) Review Bond Requirement - Delete M. Certificate of Deposit section (v) Fix typos and change the word Commission to Board of Supervisors throughout the section.
