Oakland Heights Board of Directors August 21 , 2026 Monthly Meeting The Oakland Heights Board of Directors met in an open and public monthly meeting on August 21,2026 in the Oakland Heights Conference room. Advance notice of the meeting was made thereof by posting in three places, one of the designated methods for giving advance notice. The meeting was called to order by President Judy Schernikau at 8:30 AM. A quorum was established with the presence of Dan Tanksley jr, Elisabeth Linder and Dee Peterson. Randy Johnson was absent and excused. Also present was Administrator Tami Klinedinst. The minutes of the July monthly meeting were approved as distributed. Administrator Klinedinst was asked to present and lead discussion of agenda items for this meeting. OLD BUSINESS Working on getting the door frames and keypads fixed. Point Click computer programing planned for September 1,2026 Go Live Date. Pre-start education is continued. NEW BUSINESS Lost item replacement discussion is continued from previous months. Admission agreement of each resident contains references to responsible parties regarding lost, missing or damaged items. A special letter is to be mailed in the time frame of August 25 thru August 29 to residents and/or family members to further explain Oakland Heights’ role in lost- missing-damage situations.
