NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE You are hereby notified that the following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, by Eric H. Edgington, Jr., a single person, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, as Beneficiary, as nominee for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns as Beneficiary, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. as Trustee.
