NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Publication is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, at their meeting on September 21, 2026,passed and approved Ordinance 777, the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 777 1. At 7:58 p.m., Council Member Johansen made a motion to waive the three readings for Ordinance 777, “AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE BUDGET STATEMENT TO BE TERMED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL FOR OAKLAND HEIGHTS; TO APPROPRIATE SUMS FOR NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES; TO PROVIDE FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.”. Motion was seconded by Council President Anderson. All present. Voting: Aye (Swenson, Denker-Rost, Anderson and Johansen) - 4, Nay - 0. 2.
