NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Publication is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, at their meeting on April 21st, 2025 have passed and approved Ordinance 766 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 766 At 8:13pm Council Member Johansen made a motion to waive the three readings of Ordinance 766 "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, ESTABLISHING SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-401 OF THE OAKLAND MUNICIPAL CODE; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS THEREOF; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Motion was seconded by Council Member Swenson. All present Voting: Aye (Swenson, Denker-Rost, Anderson, Johansen) - 4, Nay - 0. At 8:13pm Council President Anderson made a motion to approve Ordinance 766 "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, ESTABLISHING SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-401 OF THE OAKLAND MUNICIPAL CODE; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS THEREOF; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
