NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Publication is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, at their meeting on March 17th, 2025 have passed and approved Ordinance 764 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 764 At 8:15pm Council Member Johansen made a motion to waive the three readings of Ordinance 764 "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, CONFIRMING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND LOCATED AT LOT 14, BLOCK 5, CITY OF OAKLAND, BURT COUNTY, NEBRASKA. " Motion was seconded by Council Member Denker-Rost. All present Voting: Aye (Swenson, Denker-Rost, Anderson, Johansen) - 4, Nay - 0. At 8:15pm Council President Anderson made a motion to approve Ordinance 764 "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, CONFIRMING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND LOCATED AT LOT 14, BLOCK 5, CITY OF OAKLAND, BURT COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
