NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CLASS C LIQUOR LICENSE Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Revised Statutes of Nebraska, Chapter 53, Section 134 (7), that Ruth Cole dba Merly’s, has filed a new application for a Retail Class C Liquor License with the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission, said license to be used on the premises formally known as Fallout Bar, 219 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska, and that a public hearing will be held Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 5:30 P.M., by the City Council at the City Hall, Lyons, Nebraska at which time and place the City Council may hear objections, either in person or affidavit, from any person concerning the issuance of such license.
