CITY OF LYONS NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSES Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 53-135.01 of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act that Class D liquor licenses may be automatically renewed for one year from May 1, 2024, for the following retail liquor licensees: (1) KenEm LLC, dba KB’s Mini Mart, said license to be used on the premises known as KB’s Mini Mart, particularly described as follows: 600 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska and (2) Herbolsheimer Stores Inc, dba SaveMore Market, said license to be used on the premises known as SaveMore Market, particularly described as follows: 270 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of licenses may be filed by any resident of the City of Lyons, on or before February 10, 2024 in the office of the City Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons for either licensee, hearing(s) will be had to determine whether continuation of said license(s) should be allowed.
