This water color painting of the Indian mission Church of the Latter-Day Saints was.purchased through an on-line auction by Jane Judt. The artist is unknown. The painting .hangs in The Church of Jesus Christ, Decatur Restoration Branch. It currently is on .display at the Decatur Museum. The Church stood North of Decatur from 1924 to 1945..The church stood alongside a farm where Native Americans were taught how to farm. In.1945 the Stucco covered church was moved to Macy and renovated. Unfortunately, the church was later destroyed by a fire.
