Village of Decatur, Nebraska Request for Sealed Bids Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Village Clerk, 913 South Broadway Street, PO Box 156, Decatur, NE 68020, until 4:00 p.m., on March 9, 2026, for public opening, reading, and possible awarding at the meeting of the Village Board of Trustees on March 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., for all labor and all materials necessary to complete the replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts, and exhaust fans of the Decatur Senior Center, 823 South Broadway Street, Decatur, NE 68020. Bidders shall include bids for 3-tab, medium grade, and premium grade asphalt shingles. The Village of Decatur reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities of any proposal and shall agree to work with the Village’s insurer, pursuant to an insurance settlement.
