Meyer and M. Unwin, INFORMATIONAL Eric Teegerstrom from the Midwest Assistance Program (MAP) addressed the board to discuss the upcoming water project plans. Steven (Sassy) Nesemeier was sworn in for her first observational meeting to replace Hope Benne after her resignation last month due to moving out of town. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS APPROVED A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by M. Pedersen and seconded by J. Meyer. All present voted AYE. Items included in consent agenda: October 13th agenda, September 8, 2022 minutes, and October 2022 claims. M. Pedersen moved to approve the claims for street work on Walnut street for $14,000. M. Uhing seconded. All present voted AYE. Treasurer’s Report was presented to the board. M. Pedersen moved to accept the Treasurer’s report. J. Meyer seconded the motion. All present voted AYE.
