Advance notice was shown to the public in the newspaper and posted at the Village office and Craig Post Office. A copy of the notice is on file at the Craig Village Office. Notice was posted. Board Members present: Board Chair, Melissa Pedersen, Jean Meyer, Sassy Nesemeier, Elizabeth Smith, and Mike Uhing. Also present, Bart Meyer, Megan Unwin and community members. Meyer and M. Unwin INFORMATIONAL Clean Up dates were discussed and April 22nd was confirmed. The new partition for the bathroom at the community center will hopefully go in before the fireman’s ball. CLOSED SESSION ITEMS APPROVED A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by J. Meyer and seconded by S. Nesemeier. All present voted AYE. Items included in consent agenda: March 9th agenda, February 9, 2023 minutes, and March 2023 claims. S. Nesemeier moved to complete the work for gravel removal from the plugged manhole. E. Smith seconded and all present voted AYE. M. Uhing moved to proceed with Logan East onto the next phase of discussions and provide written confirmation. J. Meyer seconded with all present voted AYE. J. Meyer moved to approve the HOA proposal for the communication upgrades, and pay the $10, 200 either splitting it between the sewer and water or using ARPA funds. Treasurer’s Report was presented to the board. J. Meyer moved to accept the Treasurer’s report. S. Nesemeier seconded the motion. All present voted AYE.
