Advance notice was shown to the public in the newspaper and posted at the Village office and Craig Post Office. A copy of the notice is on file at the Craig Village Office. Notice was posted. Board Members present: Chairman, Duane Hinman, Jean Meyer, Mike Uhing, and Melissa Pedersen. Absent: Hope Benne. Also present, Bart Meyer, Megan Unwin, and community members. Meyer and M. Unwin INFORMATIONAL CLOSED SESSION ITEMS APPROVED A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by H. Benne and seconded by M. Pederson. All present voted AYE. Items included in consent agenda: August 11th agenda, July14, 2022 minutes, and August 2022 claims. M. Pedersen moved to pay for repairs of a resident’s broken window and screen from a rock from the village mower. J. Meyer seconded and all present voted AYE. Resolution for authorizing chief elected official to sign an application for CDBG funds was read and H. Benne moved to approve the resolution and seconded by M. Pedersen. All present voted AYE. Ordinance #22-2 stating the action of vacating the alley located on block 23 was discussed. M. Pedersen moved to waive the three readings of the ordinance, M. Uhing second and all present voted AYE. M. Pedersen moved to pass ordinance #22-2 to vacate the block 23 alley. J. Meyer seconded and all present voted AYE. Treasurer’s Report was presented to the board. M. Pedersen moved to accept the Treasurer’s report. J. Meyer seconded the motion. All present voted AYE. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm by a motion from M. Pedersen, seconded by J. Meyer.
