The Board of Education of the Lyons-Decatur School District No. 20 met in a special session on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, in the secondary library. Present were Archer, Bacon, Brehmer, Christiansen, Myers, Petersen, Troutman, and Vlach; Miller arrived at 7:54 p.m. Lisa Christiansen opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. The following motions were made: 1. To approve the resolution for participation in the Nebraska Liquid Asset Fund. 2. To amend the resolution authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of general obligation bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $21,500,000.
