The Board of Education of the Lyons-Decatur School District No. 20 met in a Special Budget Hearing on Monday, September 11, 2023, in the secondary library. Present were Archer, Bacon, Brehmer, Christiansen, Myers, Petersen, Troutman, and Vlach. Absent: Miller. The open meetings act rules are posted on the north wall of the library. Christiansen opened the duly publicized 2023-2024 budget hearing at 7:31 p.m. The proposed 2023-2024 budget was presented. The hearing was called for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to the 2023-2024 School Budget.
