PUBLIC NOTICE Franciscan Healthcare Oakland Clinic located at 100 W 9th St, Oakland, NE, will no longer participate in the Medicare Program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act) effective at the end of the business day on July 3, 2023. The agreement between Franciscan Healthcare Oakland Clinic in Oakland, NE and the Secretary of Health and Human Services will be terminated at the end of the business day on July 3rd in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Act.
