NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY SOLICITATION FOR SEALED BIDS CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that the City of Oakland, Nebraska, by resolution of its Mayor and City Council, has directed a sale of the following personal property owned by it: 2010 Dodge Charger, VIN 2B3AA4CT3AH154330; and 2015 Dodge Charger, VIN 2C3CDXKTXFH932619. The sale shall be conducted by sealed bids, which shall be submitted to and received by the Office of the City Clerk, 401 N. Oakland Ave., Oakland, NE 68045, so they are received in the Clerk’s office no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026. Any and all bids received after such date and time shall not be considered. Any bid shall clearly identify which vehicle(s) is/are being bid upon. Any bid submitted in any other manner shall not be considered. Bids shall be opened and the property may be sold at the regular meeting of the City Council on June 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Terms and conditions of sale are as follows: Said property is being sold “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The City shall consider all reasonable bids, but reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities.
