NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 1. PROJECT INFORMATION. Tekamah-Herman Schools, legally known as Burt County School District 11-0001, is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project, that is likely to include but not necessarily limited to a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction that may result in, but not necessarily limited to, additional classrooms, administrative offices, special education, vocal music space, career and technical education facilities, storage, commons space, supporting facilities, and/or related infrastructure and improvements. 2. PRE-PROPOSAL WALKTHROUGH. There will be a pre-proposal walkthrough on February 24, 2029, at 9:00 am local time at Tekamah-Herman Schools, 112 N. 13th St., Tekamah, NE 68061. 3. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm local time on March 16, 2026. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the CM. 4.
