NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AND REGULAR MEETING CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that PUBLIC HEARINGS and REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING of the Mayor and Council of the City of Lyons, Nebraska, will be held at 5:30 P.M. on Thursday, Arpil 17, 2025, at the Lyons City Hall, 335 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska. The Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearing. An agenda for such meetings, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of Class K Catering Application for Merly’s. 219 Main St. Lyons, NE 68038. All persons desiring to give evidence, either verbally or by affidavit, in support of or in protest against the issuance of said license may do so at the time of the hearing. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
