NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that PUBLIC HEARINGS and REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING of the Mayor and Council of the City of Lyons, Nebraska, will be held at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the Lyons City Hall, 335 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska. The Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearings. An agenda for such meetings, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. The purpose of the Public Hearings is 1) to hear comments, suggestions, agreements, or objections to the City of Lyons Zoning Regulations and Comprehensive Plan. 2) Concerning an application to the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
