NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (the “Authority) will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the offices of the Authority at 1248 “O” Street, Suite 601, Lincoln, Nebraska, at which time any person may be heard regarding the proposed issuance of the bond described below. The Authority will consider the information obtained during the public hearing and take appropriate action that it may deem warranted including submission of a transcript of the hearing to the designated elected official who must approve or disapprove, pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, the proposed issuance of the bond. Agricultural Division – The Authority will consider the proposed issuance of its $564,775 Agricultural Development Direct Loan Revenue Bond (Grant Uehling Project #1393) (the “Bond”) in order to finance the purchase of approximately 80 acres of farm real estate located in the N1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 22 Township 21N Range 8E, Burt County, Nebraska. All interested persons are invited to present comments at the public hearing (or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to the Authority at the address shown below) concerning the issuance of the Bond and the purpose therefore.
