NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF TEKAMAH, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Tekamah, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on a redevelopment plan for the real estate described herein, pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 18-2101 et seq. The hearing will be held at the City Auditorium, 1315 K Street, Tekamah, Nebraska 68061, on November 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The real estate included in the redevelopment plan is described as follows: A tract of land located in Lot 1, Tekamah Dollar General Subdivision, City of Tekamah, Burt County, Nebraska. All corners of this description are set or found as described on Official Plat signed April 13, 2021, hereafter made a part of this description by this reference and on file at the Burt County Courthouse in the Surveyors Office. Said tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 1, said point also being on the Westerly Right of Way Line of U.S. Highway No. 75, Thence S01°47’42”W, on the East line of the North 75’ of Lot 1, a distance of 75.04 feet to the point of beginning; Thence S01°47’42”W, on the East line of Said Lot 1, a Distance of 218.21 Feet; Thence S05°16’26”E, on Said East Line, a Distance of 3.25 feet; Thence N89°59’34”W, on the North Line of Lot 2, of Said Tekamah Dollar General Subdivison, a Distance of 277.46 Feet; Thence N01°42’10”E a distance of 221.50 Feet to the South Line of the North 75’ of Said Lot 1; Thence S89°58’47”E, On the South Line of the North 75 of Said Lot 1, A Distance of 277.42 Feet Back to the Point of Beginning. Said Tract Containing 1.41 Acres More or Less. A copy of the proposed redevelopment plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
