NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19th, 2024, at the City Auditorium Rosen Room, 401 N. Oakland, NE, for consideration of the adoption of a proposed plan for an economic development program pursuant to the Nebraska Local Option Municipal Economic Development Act, as amended. At said time and place all interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will consider and determine whether to adopt such proposed plan and any amendments thereto by resolution.
