NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a PUBLIC HEARING and REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING of the Mayor and Council of the City of Lyons, Nebraska, will be held at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Lyons City Hall, 335 Main St, Lyons, Nebraska. The Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearing. An agenda for such meetings, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear comments, suggestions, agreements, or objections to the City of Lyons Economic Development Plan. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
