NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 6:45 p.m. on December 5th, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Conditional Use Permit for L1 15th ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY, commonly known as 501 West Fourth Street. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing conditional use permit.
