NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 6:30 p.m. on August 10th, 2022, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Lot Split of A NEW TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN HOLMQUIST THIRD ADDITION ADJOINING LOT 1, BLOCK 7 IN HOLMQUIST FOURTH ADDITION, AND LYING SOUTH OF FIRST STREET, ALL IN THE CITY OF OAKLAND, BURT COUNTY, NEBRASKA. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing building permit and permitted conditional use permit.
