NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 6:30 p.m. on June 7th, 2022, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: an amendment to section 5.11.03(3) of the City’s zoning regulations, to permit dwelling units on the second story and above only as a permitted conditional use in the Downtown Commercial (C-2) District. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing amendment to the City’s zoning regulations should be made.
