NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION SEPTEMBER 15TH 2025 The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 15th, 2025 at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion / Review of all zoning regulations/requirements within the City of Oakland NE, fence restrictions within current regulations, retaining wall potential regulations, swimming pool potential regulations, and where we are at with TIF beginning procedures. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing any recommendations of the reviewed zoning regulations / requirements.
