NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 pm on December 18th, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Conditional Use Permit for L1 15th ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY, commonly known as 501 West Fourth Street. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing conditional use permit.
