NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting on December 19th, 2022, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of building permit and conditional use permit of L21-22 BLK 22 RAILROAD Addition Oakland, Nebraska commonly known as 511 N Osborn Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing building permit and conditional use permit to move forward.
