NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting on December 19th, 2022, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of subdivision plat Lot 1 Holmquists' 5th Addition being a replat of a portion of Four Trees Park Lot of Holmquists' 3rd Addition to the City of Oakland, Burt County, Nebraska. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing subdivision plat to move forward.
