NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 5:30 p.m. on July 18th, 2022, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: a building permit and permitted conditional use permit pertaining to Section 5.07.05 regarding L14-15 BLK47 HULBERTS ADD OAKLAND commonly known as 709 N Oakland Ave. a building permit and permitted conditional use permit pertaining to Section 5.07.05 regarding L4 Ex7’ Blk G Nelson Addition / N2L2 ExE 7’ & ALL L3 Blk G Nelson Addition commonly known as 605 N Davis Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing building permits and permitted conditional use permits.
