NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing at 5:30p.m. on June 20th, 2022, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: an amendment to section 5.12.02(74) of the City’s zoning regulations, to permit restaurants with drive-thrus as a permitted use in the General Commercial (C-3) District. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing amendment to the City’s zoning regulations should be had.
