Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion and Review of Variance Permit, the building of a building, with yard setback adjustment, property of 211 N ENGDAHL AVE AND 601 EAST SECOND STREET, L 5-6-7-8-11-12-13-14-15-16 & S12’L10, BREWSTER ADDITION BLOCK 2, BURT COUNTY, OAKLAND NEBRASKA.
