NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Publication is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, at their meeting on April 18th, 2022 have passed and approved Ordinance 740 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 740 At 8:16pm Councilman J. Johansen made a motion to approve Ordinance 740 "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, AMENDING CITY CODE SECTIONS 7-204 AND 7-209 PERTAINING TO WATER UTILITY INSTALLATION, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." upon that this does not cancel any current ordinances pertaining to meter ownerships. Motion seconded by Councilman L. Blanc. All present Voting : Aye (Greg, Nathan ,Luke, Jeremiah,)- 4, Nay - 0.
