NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an Emergency meeting of the Chairman and Board of the Village of Craig was held at 6:30 on October 24, 2023 at the Village Office, 196 North Main Street in Craig Nebraska. CALL TO ORDER: 6:34 Board Members present: Chairman, Melissa Pedersen, Jean Meyer, Sassy Nesemeier. Also, present Shauna Self, clerk and Steve Cass. A motion to approve the emergency agenda was made by Meyer and seconded by Nesemeier. All present voted AYE. Emergency agenda: Insufficient water pressure for residence on Walnut Ave. Meter and curb stop not accessible and should be moved across the street. Cass Plumbing to do the work. Meyer made a motion to move curb stop across the street south side of sidewalk. Nesemeier seconded. All present voted AYE. Nesemeier made a motion to hire Cass plumbing to do the work.
