LYONS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Proceedings May 9 2023 A regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of Lyons was called to order by Mayor Brink at 6:01 P.M., May 9, 2023, at Lyons City Hall. Present were Council members Steinmeyer, Phillips and Carr. Vacha was absent. Motion by Carr, seconded by Phillips to approve bid from MJ Floors in the amount of $5,235 to strip and refinish the community center floor. On roll call: AMPVF. MC. Motion by Phillips, seconded by Carr to approve a special designated liquor license from Eggers K&C LLC for a wedding reception on June 3rd, 2023, in Lyons, NE. On roll call: AMPVF. MC.
