February Meeting of the Craig Village Board The Craig Village Board met on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at the Craig Fire Hall for their monthly meeting. At 7:01 the meeting was called to order by Chairman Pedersen. Present for roll call were Melissa Pedersen, Elizabeth Smith, Jean Meyer, Mike Uhing and Sassy Nesemeier. Also, present were Shauna Self(clerk) and Bart Meyer(water). Pedersen established a quorum. Meyer moved to accept the consent agenda which Nesemeier seconded, unanimous vote. The agenda contained consent agenda of February 8, 2024, January24, 2024, minutes, and February 2024 Claims. B. Meyer discussed replacing media in water facility, plans for a building to store village vehicle and equipment, and also discussion of alley maintenance using existing crushed concrete where needed. S. Self will be attending clerk school in March. JEO has offered to pay for part of the costs with a Linda Scholarship Memorial Scholarship. Discussion to repair or replace refrigerator, sink and faucets in the community center. S. Self read treasurers report. Nesemeier moved to accept February’s report and Uhing seconded, unanimous vote.
