City of Oakland Council Proceedings MAY 23rd, 2022 On MAY 23rd, 2022, the City Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, met on this day at 5:15 p.m. in Emergency Meeting at the Municipal Building, 401 North Oakland Avenue in Oakland, Nebraska for an emergency meeting. Council members present, Mayor Ted Beckner, Council President Greg Mockenhaupt, Councilman Nathan Anderson, Councilman Luke Blanc, and Councilman Jeremiah Johansen were all in attendance. BUSINESS: At 5:15 pm Councilman Greg Mockenhaupt made a motion to go into closed session reviewing a draft letter email and recommendations for department head and personal. Councilman Nathan Anderson seconded motion. All present Voting : Aye (Greg, Nathan ,Luke, Jeremiah,)- 4, Nay - 0. At 6:13 pm Councilman G. Mockenhaupt made a motion was and approved to leave closed session reviewing a draft letter email and recommendations for department head and personal and return to open emergency meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilman L. Blanc . All present Voting : Aye (Greg, Nathan ,Luke, Jeremiah,)- 4, Nay - 0. At 6:13 pm with no further items to be discussed Councilman G.
