Pedersen and seconded by J. Meyer. All present voted AYE. Items included in consent agenda: February 11th agenda, January 14, 2021 minutes, and February 2021 claims. Treasurer’s Report was presented to the board. M. Pedersen moved to accept the Treasurer’s report. H. Benne seconded the motion. All present voted AYE.
