Notice to Bidders Project Name: 2025 Pavement Reclamation Project Project Number: C-11 (451) Project Description & Scope: Work on the project includes 9.7 miles of bituminous pulverization and armor coat, including the following: Road 3 - approximately 3.0 miles of bituminous pulverization and armor coat; Road M - approximately 0.7 miles of bituminous pulverization and armor coat; Road L - approximately 6.0 miles of bituminous pulverization and armor coat. The selected bidder shall furnish necessary equipment, transportation, labor, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work as per the Contract Documents. The bidder shall include with its bid proposal an estimated start date and completion date for all work on the project. The Contractor will be allowed ten (10) calendar days per mile, per project site, for project completion. The desired completion date of the project is October 15, 2025.
