INVITATION TO BID REROOF PROJECT LYONS-DECATUR NORTHEAST SCHOOLS 1. PROJECT INFORMATION. Burt County School District No. 11-0020, commonly known as Lyons-Decatur Northeast Schools (the “District”), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a reroof project at the District’s school building. The project site is anticipated to be available for the project to commence on or about May 19, 2023. 2. 3. BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING. Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents. One (1) completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Lyons-Decatur Northeast Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 400 South 5th, Lyons, NE 68038. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm local time on April 19, 2023, at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder. 4. AWARDING OF BID. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. 5.
